The growth or otherwise of a nation anchors on the leadership framework in place. In Nigeria, the issue of leadership continues to take center stage owing to past experiences we have had with leaders since independence. This article isn’t to highlight socio-political leadership, but a leader is a leader, everywhere.

Be informed that in everyone created by God is a seed for leadership. Just allow God introduce you to the leader in you. The video below gives more insight on leadership...



Leadership isn’t about position. You don't need position, but disposition. You need empowerment, not power, as a leader. The problem isn't that people are not following you, but because you're not worth following as a leader. You must carry something as a leader.

Leader

As a leader, you need focus. Be confident of your capacity as a leader to jump or fly than to be scared. You're born with the leadership spirit. A leader is brave. A leader is proactive. A leader is visionary. A leader is a trailblazer. A leader is humble. A leader is strict. Leaders are agents of change. Leaders are first behind-the-scene impact makers who no longer have any place to hide.
